The festival will take place from 3pm–9:30pm.

Gates will open at 2pm.

Yes, guests are welcome to bring portable chairs.

Yes, you must purchase a “tent ticket” to bring one 10x10 tent.

No outside food, drinks, or coolers are allowed.

No, you must be 21 with a valid ID to enter.

No re-entry will be permitted at the festival.

Allowed:

1. Small purses, bags, or fanny packs that do not exceed 16" x 16" x 8" 2. One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags

3. Medical bags and diaper bags for infants/young children

Not allowed:

1. Large backpacks, duffel bags, or oversized totes

Personal phones and small cameras are allowed. Professional cameras, video equipment, or drones require prior approval and a media pass. For media requests, please contact info@tacosandbeats.com.

Parking will be available near Little Elm Beach for $20+ per vehicle. Designated lots will be clearly marked, and rideshare drop-off zones will also be available.

No outside food or beverages are allowed. A variety of food trucks, beverage stations, and bars will be available for purchase inside the festival grounds.

Live performances will begin around 3:00pm and continue throughout the day until 9:00pm.

For everyone’s safety, the following items are not permitted:

• Outside food or beverages

• Tents without a tent ticket

• Umbrellas

• Wagons, blankets, or oversized chairs (chairs must be under 30" in height)

• Glass containers, coolers, or bottles

• Fireworks, explosives, or weapons of any kind

• Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia

• Drones or professional recording equipment without approval

• Large chains, spiked jewelry, or items that could cause harm

• Flyers, stickers, or unauthorized promotional materials

• Laser pointers

• Negative or disruptive behavior (“bad vibes”)

The festival is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be issued. In the event of severe weather, updates will be shared via the festival’s official website and social media channels.
