All ticket sales are final. No refunds, returns, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances. The event will take place rain or shine. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions related to the Tacos and Beats Festival.
 

All attendees must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., state ID, driver’s license, or passport) to verify age and identity for the purchase and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages. Failure to present acceptable identification will result in denial of alcohol privileges, without refund.
 

By attending the event, ticket holders voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. You agree to release and hold harmless J&L Events LLC, the Tacos and Beats Festival, and all affiliated partners, sponsors, vendors, employees, contractors, subsidiaries, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or losses, including those related to personal injury, illness, property damage, or any other incident that may occur during the event.
 

Your purchase and attendance constitute a legally binding acceptance of these terms.
