All vendor fees are final — no refunds, returns, or exchanges. This is a rain or shine event.All vendors must comply with local, state, and federal laws. The sale or display of alcohol, firearms, fireworks, or any illicit/illegal items is strictly prohibited.

You must bring your own generators/power. No power or water can be provided. Ice trucks will have ice available for purchase.Food vendors are required to pass an on-site inspection conducted by the Town of Little Elm, and must pay a separate health permit fee.

Registration must be completed directly with the town at the link provided below. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in removal from the event without refund.
